SHADE 2025 Conference – Registration Now Open

The next Shared Awareness and De-confliction (SHADE) Conference takes place on 22–23 October 2025 (Gulf Hotel Bahrain Convention & Spa, Manama), bringing together naval forces, industry representatives, and regional partners to address maritime security challenges in the Western Indian Ocean and Gulf of Aden. This premier military-led forum focuses on operational coordination, information sharing, and operational planning through dedicated working groups

Registration Process:

Registration is open to all interested participants. Upon registration, you will need to provide your organization details, title, and identification. All registrations will be reviewed and approved by the organizers. Invitations will be delivered upon registration approval by the organizer.

If your registration is approved, you will receive confirmation. If your registration cannot be accommodated, you will receive notification of the decision.
